Things to remember: At this age you can introduce some spices to your baby and continue them depending on their liking and if your baby does not show any allergic reactions to them. At this age your baby will be choosy and try to avoid certain tastes while he or she eats three meals per day. Some may still stick to one meal per day which is fine if the baby had enough nutrition in that meal. Try to introduce a healthy food schedule so that your baby will learn when he has to eat.
How to make the meal times more interesting?
You can do this by introducing different types of mixtures of food such as papaw and yogurt. Always make sure that you give your baby who is lesser than eight months of age soft boiled fruits if they seem hard.
As most babies tend to reject veggies you can make those dull veggies more desirable by mixing them with grated cheese or yummy yogurt. Making potato and chicken mash will also make the meal more desirable.
Also if your baby likes eggs make an omelette out of it with grated veggies that otherwise your baby would not consume.
