Baby’s Developments
Your baby is now almost 4.4 pounds in weight and will be growing fast. Now as there is less room to move, you will notice a big change in the movement of your baby. Do not be too concerned about this as long as your baby is moving its fine.
Changes in the Mother
You may continue to get backaches, leg cramps and other aches and pains. Also you may have colostrum — a yellowish fluid that comes before milk production – leaking from your breasts. Most weight gained during will be contributed to the baby, so do not worry about what you eat, but eat healthy.

Again it is important to keep your weight in check
Also watch for any signs of unusual bloating in the hands and feet that do not disappear (Which could be due to high blood pressure)
Also consider your birth options, and discuss this with your partner and your doctor to weight pros and cons
Keep a hospital bag ready in case you have to visit the hospital in an emergancy
