Baby’s Developments
Your baby is now almost 4 pounds in weight and will have all vital organs in place for surviving outside the womb. However the lungs might be still not mature enough, though your baby can see well through his or her eyes. In fact most babies born after this week have a good chance of surviving.
Changes in the Mother
You may continue to get backaches, leg cramps and other aches and pains. Also you may have colostrum — a yellowish fluid that comes before milk production – leaking from your breasts.
Tips for this Week
Again it is important to keep your weight in check
Also watch for any signs of unusual bloating in the hands and feet that do not disappear (Which could be due to high blood pressure)
Also consider your birth options, and discuss this with your partner and your doctor to weight pros and cons
Most women will find their mothers or relations encouraging one birthing method over the other, so get their advice but ultimately the choice will be yours
