Changes in the Mother
You will be feeling some pressure on your lower abdomen, so consult your doctor for any remedies. If you are considering any exercise during this time, again seek your doctors advice as this is a very important time as your baby is due soon! You will also be experiencing back pain and pain the pelvic area but all this is normal.
Tips for this Week
Note any signs of labour like increase in secretions and the water breaking.
Keep a pillow to support your back while sleeping, and also one between your legs while sleeping on your side
Drink alot of water, and keep some healthy night time snacks like fruits and fibre rich foods in case you are waking up in the night to eat
